EveCalc is an unofficial fan-made tool for EVE Online. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CCP Games or EVE Tycoon.
1. What we collect. When you create an account, we receive the email address and display name you provide through our sign-in provider (Clerk). When you make a purchase, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your payment details; we do not see or store your card number.
2. How we use it. We store your account for one purpose: to enforce your monthly scan allowance and record which plan you are on. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone, except the payment provider needed to process a purchase you initiate.

5. Your rights. Depending on where you live (including EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise any of these.
1. Service. EveCalc displays EVE Online ship market data pulled from a public API and calculates estimated listing prices. All profit figures are estimates based on a 5% average sell order — they are not guaranteed returns, trading advice, or promises of profit.
2. Accounts & scan allowance. Free accounts receive 25 scans per month, reset on the 1st. Paid plans increase or remove that limit as described on the Pricing page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the scan system.
3. Payments. Subscriptions are one-off payments for the stated access (monthly plans recur only if you choose to renew). Payments are handled by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.
5. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of EveCalc, including any loss related to in-game trading decisions.
